5. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the artwork is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email info@decordesigns.co.za with clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
